Founded in 1860 Bodegas Cano was then shut for some 39 years until the current generation decided to re-open the family winery in 2004 and resume farming organically.
This verdejo is aged in clay amphora and rests lightly on its lees. It has light floral and tropical notes and a lovely fresh finish.
