First commercially distilled in 1956 by the Velasco family in Viana, in the Basque Country, the Zoco is the oldest commercial brand of Pacharán. It is made by steeping sloe berries, coffee and vanilla in anisette, producing an interesting and complex liqueur.
Best served straight as an aperitif, chilled or on ice.
