Spanish Cheeses
Although the Spanish are not the biggest consumers of cheese in Europe they produce a fine selection of varying types and styles particularly if you are looking for non-cow's milk alternatives. No Spanish tapas bar would be complete without the inclusion of a slice of Manchego cheese and membrillo (a delicious quince paste), but for something a bit different why not try out the goat's milk Nevat from Catalunya or the creamy blue cheese from the north Azul Hojas.
