Since the beginning in 2000, they have focused on sustainable viticulture and developing wines with a distinctive character, far from the conventional. The project is supported by the passion of the people behind it, people who bring their vision together to achieve their goals. U MES U has the first and only specific environmental sustainability certification for the wine sector, the Wineries for Climate Protection certification.
This natural orange wine is fermented in contact with the skins, pulp and pips, which allows the extraction of aromatics you usually wouldn't get from white wine. The wine is then aged in chestnut barrels. Fruity, intense and voluminous.
