Bodegas Valdepablo have been making vermouth in Zaragoza since 1928 with recipes handed down the generations.
This vintage red vermouth is a knockout drink with some lovely spicing coming through from the 6 months it spends in barrel. The wormwood notes are distinct adding a lovely bitterness to the drink with bitter orange peel and vanilla rounding it off nicely.
