Now in the 5th generation, this family winery has firm commitments to both social and environmental sustainability. Having installed solar panels and already following organic farming principles, the family are now looking at "regenerative farming" as the way of the future.
The plots used for this wine are older vines (approx 30yrs) and situated at around 350m altitude in the Font-Rubi region. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then left on the lees for 6 months, this wine is crisp and delicate with fresh fruit flavours and well balanced acidity. Pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, herb sauces and with aperitifs.
