A particularly fine example of a Vermouth, this particular vermouth is created using over 100 herbs and macerated over a two month period before being aged in Spanish white oak casks. Featuring a deep mahogany colour with amber notes and exceptional clarity, the palate is soft but perfectly balanced in terms of its acidity. On the nose there's hints of wood, but predominantly wildflowers and intense spicy herbs. With a few notes of balsamic thrown in for good measure this vermouth leaves an exceptional after taste with high bitter notes that go on and on, a testament to the fantastically high quality of this particular vermouth!
