Bodegas Cano are located in Higueruela (Albacete), a great wine tradition area, situated at 1000 meters altitude, with calcareous and very shallow soils, which results in low yields of selected and high quality grapes.
This wine is fermented in new French oak barrels of 500 litres, then a slight batonnage to get smoky aromas, fine toasted with notes of citrus and exotic fruits.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
