Sarriegui are a premium crisp producer based in the Basque country. They use traditional methods and Basque potatoes to produce a fantastic, quality product with plenty of taste and crunch.
Espelette is a variety of red bell pepper which was introduced to the Basque country from Mexico, and these days enjoys a protected status with an AOP. The flavour is a smoky paprika taste with just a little kick but no heat.
