This wine is the perfect blend of white flowers and fruits, it spends 5 months in tank and then 5 months in oak barrels. These actions help contribute to its balanced, silky and generous palate.
With moderate and balanced acidity you get complex notes of ripe stone and white fruits as well as balsamic, vanilla and some roasted notes. Due to the wonderful integration of these flavours the wine is really elegant, refined whilst remaining subtle.
