The geographical area where Vins Padro vineyards and winery are located belongs to the Tarragona DO, one of the oldest areas of wine production in Spain.
The grapes of this wine are harvested at dawn and pressed quickly to produce a must that is held at 10C for three days, remaining unfermented until the temperature is risen to 19C afterwards. This process unlocks a flavour in the must that amplifies over the following two months of fermenting and stiring, giving the wine its recognised body and breadth in the mouth. Tasting notes: White gold in colour with greenish reflections. Very cool with aromatics of tropical fruits on the nose such as pineapple, mango and citrus notes.
