Oliznaga is an EVOO crafted between the end of October and the beginning of November, with a careful selection done over the thousand hectares that make up its fields. The Hojiblanca olives from the Guadalteba region are selected at the perfect time of ripening.
A strong aroma of tomato plant and bitter green almond is interspersed with touches of ripe fruit on the nose. The oil glides down the palate as a smooth, fluid, rich oil infused with almond and wheat notes. An explosive finish of spicy notes concludes this EVOO with a long and intense duration.
