Produced by Torrez de Nunez, a family owned business of over 40 years experiance from Galicia. This chorizo holds a firm texture when eating, but a soft texture to cut. Flavoured by its curing process, this premium chorizo is a mixture of diffirent pork meats, seasoned by a variety of spices and seasonings, such as paprika, added salt, and several other seasonings, which are made into a casing that undergoes a maturation process, that gives the chorizo its aroma and taste.
