Quesería Castrum-Erat is a family run business in the heart of Extramadura. For over twenty years, the family have been raising their own flock of sheep who produce excellent quality milk. This artisanal business its own unique cheese, influenced by the traditional historic methods of the region.
Nacencia is a light, mild flavoured sheep's cheese. Cured for a minimum of 60 days, and produced with traditional, localy made vegetable rennet.
Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, vegetable rennet.
