In late 2003 the first shareholders laid the foundations of that idea and founded Señorío de Rubiós. Nowadays, the winery is composed by 100 shareholders working to put the wines from Rubiós in the place they deserve for their tradition, their varieties and their quality.
Visually, it has a nice cherry colour, very shiny, with medium layer and an interesting and intense purple rim. On nose, it is fresh, with a slight acidity that transmits youth and vitality. It offers interesting primary aromas and hints of forest fruits (blackberries, raspberries, etc.), ripe black fruit and a little licorice as well as a spiced touch. It has a good aromatic intensity. On mouth, it is easy to drink, with a very long swig and a good intensity. It seems fresh and a little mentholated with a pleasant structure.
