Maisulan winery is totally committed to their vines and to preserving the land in their ownership. All farming is done without the use of pesticides, irrigation or fertiliser, following the biodynamic farming principles set out by Masanobu Fukuoka.
Aged for 6 months in barrel this is a fresh red, with soft tannins and red fruit. A great wine to pair with rice dishes, stuffed peppers and cured meats.
