Maisulan winery is totally committed to their vines and to preserving the land in their ownership. All farming is done without the use of pesticides, irrigation or fertiliser, following the biodynamic farming principles set out by Masanobu Fukuoka.
Aged for 12 months this retains its freshness and has a slight herbal note with aromas of fresh rosemary and thyme.
