Produced using the Bobal grape which is grown in a limestone / clay soil in 25 year old vineyards and then matured for 6 months in French oak barrels. What this achieves is a wine with a deep cherry colouring, with notes of of ripe delicate fruit. On the tongue it's powerfully fruity in taste recalling the taste of dark fruits. Pairs excellently with red meats or fatty fish.
