Bodegas Enrique Mendoza is located in breathtakingly beautiful gardens 45 miles from Alicante. Most of the vineyards are at an elevation of 1200 feet. Natural farming is a priority on the vineyards; herbicides, insecticides and fertilizers are avoided in favour of biodynamic practices. Their belief is that great wines come from great vineyards.
La Tremenda white is a bright, greenish-yellow colour. In the nose it is reminiscent of green apple, hay and peppermint. On the palate it is light and delicate with notes of green apple and a long, dry finish.
