This Spanish liquor is similar to other distilled spirits found in Europe, such as grappa from Italy and tsiroupo from Greece. These drinks are all made from grape marc, which is the solid part of the grape left after the fruit is treaded on or pressed, otherwise known as the skin.
This herb infused Orujo has aromas of alcohol without impurities and aromas of clear wild herbs. It's pungent, fiery, and has an intense herbal aftertaste.
