Paco Olivans and his team are a family business with every member having a different role in the winemaking process.
This is their smallest production and only the best grapes are chosen for the barrel ageing process which takes place in a combination of new American and new French oak. The wine has lovely honeyed notes of vanilla and warmed peaches and fills the mouth with aromatic floral notes and hints of candy.
