This is an excellent example wine when looking into the world of organic verdejo wines.
With this white wine it has a beautifully refreshing palate with hints of; apple, pineapple, pear and herb aromas.
It is strong as a light drink by itself but works well with fish, shellfish and light pasta dishes.
