Garage Wine, as its name suggests, made from native vines, which this winery is rescuing, cultivated through natural and logical viticulture , without adding herbicides, pesticides, etc. These respectful measures allow the strains to express themselves with all the strength and particularity of the terroir from which they come.
Rare variety. Producing a very light bodied wine with notes of black fruit, very earthy. Dry with high acidity, light body, medium alcohol and finish.
