A family owned brewery (fourth generation) based in the coastal town of La Coruna, Galicia, Hijos de Rivera Brewery has been producing Estrella Galicia for over 100 years.
This pale lager comes from a selection of especially bitter hops, the baking, fermentation and maturation of which lasts 20 days. Light to moderate malty and grassy aromas, especially corn, the taste is similar to the smell and its initial sweetness is accompanied by a light amount of bitterness that lingers through the finish.
