This white dry fortified wine is made by Toro Albala, a winery founded in 1922 in the heart of the Cordoba countryside. Made from the Pedro Ximenez grapes and aged for an average of 5 years in oak casks. It is a brilliant ivory yellow in colour, with a bright and clean flavour. Slightly floral and herbal with a hint of roasted almonds, it finishes with a subtle bitterness that makes it ideal for use as an aperitif or with fish.
Serve cold.
