El Gaitero was born in one of the oldest wineries in Asturias (an area famous for its cider tradition). Owned by Valle, Ballina and Fernandez, the company has maintained its traditional roots from over a century ago, and continues to produce world-renowned, and award winning ciders.
This seminal sidra is delightfully crisp, with nuanced aromas and is even compared to an invigorating glass of Cava. Local apples are used to create a light, clear, straw-yellow cider with fine persistent bubbles. A must try.
