El Gaitero was born in one of the oldest wineries in Asturias (an area famous for its cider tradition). Owned by Valle, Ballina and Fernandez, the company has maintained its traditional roots from over a century ago, and continues to produce world-renowned, and award winning ciders.
Produced with native Asturian apples, harvested at the optimum moment of maturity to create a balanced, dry, natural cider with plenty of bubbles and great fineness.
