Ultracomida

Toro Albala winery is famous for its single vintage sweet wines made from the regional grape, Pedro Ximenez. This sweet wine is made from sundried grapes which are then pressesd to produce an exceptional wine. The result is a complex wine that balances tertiary flavours of cedar, leather, polish and toffee along with the distinct raisined sweetness that we associate with this style of wine.
