Based in Montalban de Cordoba, this winery is strongly focused on the sweet, generous wines, originally with 30,000 sq meters behind the winery dedicated to the "pasera" (drying out of the PX grapes) which is the key to producing these famous sweet wines. These days the winery boasts 150,000 sq meters of "pasera".
A delicious dessert wine with rich fruit flavours - think dates, figs and raisins - and complex aromas gained from its time in barrel.
