Ultracomida

A remarkable winery focusing on sustainable, organic and sensitive farming inland in Utiel-Requena, Valencia. The region is home to a variety of native grapes which form the base of this winery's vines. Chozas Carrascal are one of the leading lights of the region. Arriving in 1990 they spent 2 years monitoring the soil before embarking on this project, and continue to learn and fine tune their viticulture and winemaking year on year. 

This white is big and full of body but with a crisp fresh acidity and some gentle white flower notes, hints of vanilla blend in making this a very enjoyable drink.
