Bodegas Valdepablo have been making vermouth since 1928 with recipes handed down the generations.
This is a classic aperitif, their original blend vermouth and is a great introduction to Spanish vermouth. This is a typical red with the soft caramel sweetness balanced by some bitter herbs and a touch of clove but nothing too pervasive.
