Jaime Carlos Carvajal de Castrillon spent 25 years working with Gonzalez Byass and has also collaborated with Bodegas Barbadillo and Delgado Zuleta. He formed his own company, Carvajal SA, in 2014. He has two different focuses in his business - table wines and also fortified sherry wines. His range of sherries are chosen from barrels in the cellars of Delgado Zuleta which he hand picks and bottles without filtration - "en rama".
Made from an oloroso base wine, this red vermouth has delicate orange notes with stronger wild herbal touches.
