Capirete Vinagre de Jerez Gran Reserve 250ml

This 50 year old sherry vinegar is produced by José Páez Lobato, it is a protected designation of origin. It has an acidity of 8% and is aged in American producing an intense mahogany colour and silky texture. Its unusual deeply acidic aroma has hints of older wines and reflects its lengthy ageing process in oak barrels. It is from there that it inherits its ample, rounded, dry, well-balanced flavour, with a prolonged acidic aftertaste and hints of dried fruits and spices. (250ml bottle).
