Portales Pérez is a family run bodega in the historic centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It was founded in 1997 my María José Portales after having operated as an almacenista for decades.
This manzailla is made by hand and is aged for an average of 5 years, it is fresh and enveloping with a body and long salty finish. Straw yellow in colour with chamomile, almond, floral and orange blossom aromas. Best served at 9°.
