Cava Berdie was set up 80 years ago by Robert Jovani and is now run by his 3 children - Montsa, Robert & Sergi - who are all passionate about their wines and their land.

Gran Fetish is a red wine, Gran Reserva cava with an ageing of around 84 months leading to  a very "grown-up", almost savoury taste. The zingy bubbles reflect the tart red fruit notes of redcurrant and pomegranate and there are notes of licorice, clove and even ginger. With good, well-balanced acidity that refreshes the palate this is a cava to pair with rich meat dishes and stews.
