Cava Berdie was set up 80 years ago by Robert Jovani and is now run by his 3 children - Montsa, Robert & Sergi - who are all passionate about their wines and their land.
This Gran Reserva has complexity and depth, with lovely toasted, buttery notes and mature ripe fruit. The bubbles are gentle and persistent and carry through a lovely fresh apple acidity.
