Cava Berdie was set up 80 years ago by Robert Jovani and is now run by his 3 children - Montsa, Robert & Sergi - who are all passionate about their wines and their land.
This cava has a perfectly balanced body while keepint its mild acidity, it has the perfect balance of fizz while not overcompensating itself.
The flavour hints that hit immediately are; apple, green apple, lemon and citrus fruits. It pairs beautifully with shellfish and cured meats.
