Arroyabe has produced artisan fish conserves for over 100 years, from the small fishing town of Bermeo in the province of Biscay. This white bonita, a fish not dissimilar from the tuna, is preserved in vegetable oil and has a very delicate flavour, as well as being low in fat. Cut, filleted, and packed completely by hand. This is a very economical way to buy as it is in flakes and perfect to wow your friends with ensaladilla rusa.
