Aged in the solera system in old American oak barrels this oloroso is bottled with an average age of 25 years.
This is a complex oloroso, dry and nutty with earthy savoury notes (sandalwood, cedar, coffee) combined with the comforting flavours of butterscotch, fig and spice. A great wine to savour and enjoy with a plate of cured cheeses or even pair with rich red meat dishes.
