An incredible taste explosion, this elegant vinegar has a complex blend of flavours. Sweet but with great acidity and a heady blend of licorice, coffee, toasted walnuts and dark fruit. An extraordinary vinegar that brings out the flavours in blue or mature cheese, game and other dark meats.
