A versatile cheese from Menorca, and named after the island's port, Mahon. Ours is an aged for 6 to 8 months, tangy, sharp raw milk version which works very well either cooked (try it on a pizza!) or served simply with a good grind of black pepper and some extra-virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Raw cow's milk, animal rennet, cheese cultures, calcium chloride and salt.
Allergens: Raw cow's milk
Where applicable, all our cheeses are packaged in multiples of 250g (approx).
