Good chilled with Serrano ham, fried fish , olives and shellfish. Delgado Zuleta is the oldest family owned winery in the Jerez & Manzanilla districts producing sherry for more than two and a half centuaries. It is located in the Sanlucar de Barrameda, a small coastal town at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river, facing the Atlanticocean and the Donana national park.
