Paella Pans
To make a proper paella you just need the rice, saffron, a selection of your favourite ingredients and..... the Paellera (which gives the dish it's name). Paelleras are designed to be used on either gas or fire barbecues and distribute the heat evenly. To look after your pan, treat it gently (don't scrub with a scourer), oil it immediately after washing and keep away from water.
